Fruit and water!!

Sticking to what I know, especially at lunch time. Filling up on lots if fruit, star fruit, kiwis, bananas, apples and berries. Also supping lots of water, diet drinks, low fat spreads and 0.1%fat yogurts. It’s not the easiest in a country that doesn’t like to diet, and with a language barrier, but I’m getting there!
