I can tell how much I love exercising now and how much my body craves it. Having slept in late(ish) I just wasn’t feeling a run (too many hills) so I dragged myself to the exercise bike and endured not 30 but 40minutes on the uncomfortable bike seat.
I felt instantly better! It just goes to show the difference my body has gone through in the last year. It’s only 4months till my half marathon, lots of training to be done!!! At least home is colder and flatter 🙂
