After a long day, just devoured a delicious almost syn free tea.
I’d had a syn free day, then got home and cooked a big dinner of:
Roasted carrots, butternut squash and sweet potato. 3 low fat quorn sausages, 1 quorn burger (0.5syns), low low cheese slice (HEA)and golden rice.
Now off to eat some yoo moo frozen yogurt 🙂
Exercise this morning, just need to try and drink more water!! Bring it on!!
