Fruit, a hifi and activias for breakfast.
Then a lovely lunch of roast veg on filo pastry which the lovely Andria made from the slimming world christmas book. That was a total of 4syns, followed by berries with fat free Nat yogurt and cinnamon and nutmeg. A great low syn meal and great company.
Then for tea I’ve had sweet potato mash, carrots, peas and 2 Linda McCartney mozzarella burgers (10syns for 2 but worth it) with my HEA cheese sprinkled ontop and into the mash.
Not run today as I’ve been busy, but the plan is to run tomorrow, try for a 6mile run tomorrow.
