Sticking with the trend

So despite Ofsted, stress, no sleep and not managing to stick completely to plan… I have lost 1/2lb wohoo!!
My goal was to lose or Sts every week and avoid gains wherever possible!
So far, 2014, so good!!!! It’s good to be doing well, groups a bit manic with all the new members but there’s nothing to stop me next week!!!!
Bring it on!!
