With a 8mile run yesterday, my knee was feeling pretty sore afterwards… But I did it!
My average pace has slowed way down, not due to fitness, but this knee pain. But keeping it steady to keep on going.
I have 3weeks to go and I’m learning that finishing the race is my goal, however long it takes. Speed is not my focus this time. I have lots of people that have shown masses of love and support and I’m going to keep on training for them.
I have also invested in a foam roller to help with my ITS and wow it hurts at first but it’s very helpful.
