Day 1

Breakfast: pear
Lunch: quorn ham, pear, banana, mango, strawberries, muller light, hifi bar (HEB) green dairylea triangles (HEA) green tea
Snack: hoops and crosses (4.5syns)
Tea: SW veg soup, warburton thin (5syns) cake in a cup (2syns) fat free nat yogurt.
So far this is one of the best days I’ve had on plan in AGES!!!! 🙂
