So after weighing in and gaining Saturday I was on it from Sunday!! And it paid off woohoo with a 1.5lb loss this week! After my pep talk it has helped to cement my next actions to keep this good run going.
I headed to asda and did a big SW staples shop with fruit and all the bits and bobs I know I will need to get me through this week to ensure I get the result I want!
In other good news, despite being knackered I went straight to the gym from work and then straight to SW but I completed a painless 5k on the treadmill woohoo! My first since training for my half. Feeling like things are coming together 🙂 I’m going to push forward!!!
