Gym session = de stressed

After a stressful and mildly disappointing week, it felt amazing to get to the gym today after work and burn off all of my anxiety, stress and just the knackered after a busy week feeling.
I smash a 5k out in less than 30mins on the treadmill with no pain at all 🙂 and mouthing along to Adele, I bumped the speed right up for the last couple of minutes to 6.7 miles per hour so under a 9min pace and felt AMAZING!
Combined with the stepper, stair master, bike, arm cycler machine and the vibration plate I felt goood!!
After that it was a quick dip in the pool for a few lengths then a jacuzzi and steam.


Gym session = de stressed
