A lovely lunch of leaves, beetroot, quorn turkey slice (x2) and lemon juice followed by half the fruit prepared by my wonderful work wife Jabs 🙂
Tea was a savoury mug rice (54kcal) and 1/2 quorn roast (224kcal) followed by a 0% activia…. Off to bed early tonight to avoid scoffing and because I’m taking some students to London for the day bright and (very) early tomorrow! I can do this!!! Next starve day is Thursday!
