Another great food day!
With a yogurt for breakfast, a great lunch of an apple, yogurt, hifi and mug shot.
I really enjoyed a NUME low fat bhuna full of quorn chicken style pieces, 2 red peppers, onion, broccoli, carrot, peas and cauliflower with rice. Followed by a meringue with fat free yogurt and raspberries for pudding.
A great night with ex slimming world buddy Lauren helped too.
