I can’t believe it’s been so long since I last blogged.
I didn’t weigh in last week so was a bit off the rails for a couple of reasons which I won’t go into now.
So tonight was taster night and the start of a new week! I made the mushy pea, chickpea Dahl and baked bean curry which went down a treat with the other slimmers, is super speedy and syn free 🙂
Once I’ve had my X-ray on my shin on Friday I’ll feel a bit better and can hopefully get back into the footie on Saturday.
I only had a tiny gain this week after being off track which I am going to use as a kick up the bum!
