Joined the gym on a 6month upfront membership today. Had a great workout today and used some new equipment I hadn’t come across which was good and challenged me!
We then swam and used the jacuzzi and steam room. The swimming area is sooo relaxing and calming I am already looking forward to working out any anxiety and aggression and then relaxing in the pool area.
Feeling really really good about this, I was pleased to see my fitness is good it’s now just to slim down and tone up!
Bring it on!!!!!!!
